Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy
All claims for error, shortage, or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. All other claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
A completed RMA request form must be submitted for all claims. A customer may return goods to Semi Source only with an authorized RMA number.

In some instances, a restocking fee may be charged.
Under no circumstances will an RMA be issued on product we have sold as Non Cancelable/Non Returnable.
We reserve the right to deny an RMA at any time.
Once issued, an RMA is valid for 30 days and will be cancelled if parts are not received within that time. |
